How refunds, subscriptions, cancellations, payment provider records, and billing access are handled.

External checkout

Paid access is processed through external checkout or membership providers. Their records may be used to confirm purchases, cancellations, chargebacks, and subscription status.

Founder Pro

Founder Pro is positioned as a one-time paid plan during the early access period. Refund review depends on payment status, account use, provider rules, fraud checks, and applicable law.

Pro+ subscriptions

Pro+ is a recurring monthly subscription. Canceling stops future renewal access, but does not automatically refund previous paid periods unless required by provider policy or applicable law.

Chargebacks and abuse

Refund abuse, chargebacks, fraud signals, or invalid payment activity may remove paid access.
