Troubleshooting

Fix the most common friction points in mdworkspace Desktop and get back to a stable workflow quickly.

Troubleshooting

Most issues fall into a small set of categories: display problems, export issues, or workspace organization problems.

If the workspace feels messy

  • Reduce overly long sections
  • Use clearer headings
  • Separate active work from archive material
  • Simplify tables that are carrying too many jobs

If preview feels confusing

  • Check whether the content should stay plain markdown
  • Remove blocks that are not adding value
  • Confirm the section order still supports the reader

If exports feel rough

  • Clean up draft-only material before exporting
  • Recheck headings and spacing
  • Verify that assets and visuals are still relevant

If the workflow feels too heavy

The answer is often less structure, not more. Go back to markdown and reintroduce richer blocks only where they improve the work.

Next step

Apply the pattern in the live desktop surface.

Use the guide as the map, then turn it into a real workspace inside mdworkspace Desktop.
